When you start to get responses back from prospects you can set an outreach status:




We work out a score, for each status, you set for each prospect across every campaign they are involved in.  We then convert this score to a prospect temperature.



So, for example, if you mark a prospect showing it's a success they will get 3 points which means it's 'Hot'. If you run a second campaign and you're not successful their score and 'temperature' will go down.
