When you are registering an account with OutreachPlus you can add a VAT number. If you are a European country and you enter a valid VAT number then we don't charge VAT.


If your VAT number changes or if you want to add a VAT number onto your account, you can do this under the 'Billing' section of 'Account Settings' which is part of the administration menu.



We cannot verify that your VAT number applies directly to your company. We can only verify if this is a valid VAT number for your country.  However, it is illegal to apply a VAT number to your account if it is not your VAT number.  It's just not worth it!
